Since I spent a good portion of my life in the Marine Corps, I must include a page in memory of those times, retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps in July 1966. My service in the Corps, had a lasting affect on my life, and I shall always remember the good times and the bad times.

I take a certain measure of pride in my service and the Marine Corps. In 1957 I became a Christian, accepting the Lord JESUS CHRIST as my Savior. Since then, I have tried to live my life as our LORD would lead me. After retiring from the Marines, Verna and I made our home in lovely northwestern Michigan. This is hometown for Verna, but I am a transplant from Oklahoma. Our five children have now married and have families of their own. Please feel free to browse the pages on the left, and enjoy your visit.
